SUPPORT:

Annual support is optional and includes remote support for the program as well as the right to upgrade to all new releases.
    • When a customer is out of support and has chosen not to pay their annual support subscription, there are two cases:
    1. Customer will be charged for all unpaid annual support (if pending over 3 annual support subscriptions, 40% discount on initial subscription costs)
    2. The client will be charged whatever amount is agreed per incident (though: 60 euro base correction, 60 euro backup, 60 euro transfer program, 30 euro print settings etc.)

     

    For all the above:

    • It does not include the cost of installation, configuration, but also the design of the appearance of up to one document according to customer requirements, which is 60 euros and is done remotely.
    • EMDI already incorporates standard print form templates
    • Each additional license costs 50% of the original.
    • Prices do not include VAT.
